Who Are We?
I’m Dr. Marlene Rosana, a nurse practitioner with a passion for closing the gap in care—right where it matters most: at home. Since 2017, I’ve been providing compassionate, personalized healthcare, and I’ve focused on serving patients in their homes across the DFW area.
Through services like Health Risk Assessments, Chronic Care Management, and Remote Patient Monitoring, I help individuals manage chronic conditions, stay out of the hospital, and feel more supported in their everyday health journey. My approach combines medical expertise with empathy, meeting each person where they are and creating care plans that truly work for their life.
